License and license extract

1. Submission of a request for a License and a License Extract for municipal passenger transport by inland road traffic, together with the required documentation in the City of Skopje Archive (shed 14)
2. Preparation of the License and the License Excerpt based on the documentation submitted by the Applicant
3. Obtaining the License and License Excerpt from the Applicant

1. Application, completed and certified by a legal entity
2. Copy of decision for registration in the Central Register of RM
3. Copy of the document from the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia for registered priority value - performing urban and suburban passenger transport
4. Proof of employed drivers depending on the number of motor vehicles for municipal passenger transport, which meet the requirements of the road safety regulations
5. Proof of successful passage of professional competence of the Manager or authorized persons responsible for transport
6. Proof that no final court judgment against the Applicant is in force for a criminal offense against property, business or public transport safety
7. Proof of acquired ownership of parking and maintenance capacity of the vehicle or proof of use of such capacity with a validity of at least 4 (four) years
8. Proof of built-in, upright and timely fiscal apparatus
