License for municipal passenger line transport

1. The applicant (legal or natural person) interested in obtaining a License to perform municipal passenger transport by line, submits the required documentation to the City of Skopje Archive (shed 16)
2. Preparation of the License based on the documentation submitted by the Applicant;
3. Applicant's License Raise.

1. Proof of activity, transport in road transport, registered in the Trade Registry (Decision with Annexes 1, 2, 3, 5, 6)
2. Decision for choosing the predominant activity for road transport
3. Proof of ownership of one or more vehicles for road transport, which fulfill the special technical-exploitation conditions prescribed for vehicles for performing certain types of transport
4. Proof of employed drivers depending on the number of motor vehicles for municipal passenger transport, which meet the requirements of the road safety regulations
5. Proof of successful passage of professional competence of the Manager or authorized persons responsible for transport
6. Proof that no final court judgment against the Applicant is in force for a criminal offense against property, business or public transport safety
7. Proof of acquired ownership of parking and maintenance capacity of the vehicle or proof of use of such capacity with a validity of at least 4 (four) years
8. Proof of built-in, upright and timely fiscal apparatus
