Approval for doing business outside business premises

1. Submission of Request (Final Form) for issuance of Approval for doing business outside the business premises and Approval for placement of urban equipment, to the Mayor of the City of Skopje, in the Archive of the City of Skopje (bar 14). With the request, the interested entity shall submit an appropriate report prepared in accordance with the prescribed standards and the required documentation specified in the request. The report shall be submitted in 4 (four) certified copies made by an authorized person.
2. After the submission of the complete documentation, if the request and the elaborate are in accordance with the standards for use of public areas, the amount of the communal fee is calculated according to the law.
3. Upon receipt of the calculation, the beneficiary shall regulate the payment of the communal tax as follows: 50% on the account of the City of Skopje and 50% on the account of the respective municipality.
4. After regulating the payment of the communal fee, the Mayor of the City of Skopje issues an Authorization for doing business outside the business premises and an Authorization for installation of urban equipment.

The authorization contains:

• name and seat, ie name and surname and address of the user of the public area;
• area of ​​the location used
• duration of Authorization

Elaborate (in four copies) with the following content:

1. Name, seat of company, name and surname and address of residence of owner / manager;
   
2. Certificate from an appropriate register for registration of a company / sole proprietor;
   
3. Proof of meeting the minimum technical requirements for performing the activity - Elaborate for construction site (in case of construction site);
   
4. Detailed drawing describing the existing condition of the required surface with the surrounding space (1: 1000, 1: 500 scale);
   
5. Detailed drawing describing the new condition of the required surface with the surrounding facilities and elements of utilities and infrastructure (1: 200, 1: 100 scale);
   
6. Detailed drawing with description and details of the urban equipment to be located on the required surface (scale 1:50, 1:20, 1:10);

The detailed drawings referred to in points 4, 5 and 6 shall show the description of the intended fire and explosion protection measures as defined by the technical regulations and rules.
