ABOUT THE FORM AND CONTENT OF THE NOTIFICATION NOTICE

      OF A SOLUTION FOR A COMPLAINT

 

Article 1

This Rulebook prescribes the form and the content of the notification for non-decision on the appeal within the deadline determined in accordance with Article 72 paragraph (21) of the Law on Public Roads.

Article 2

The notification referred to in Article 1 of this Rulebook shall be submitted on the form "Notice of Appeal Decision" which is attached as an integral part of this Rulebook.

The form shall be A4 in white, containing: name of the body to be notified,

place for number and date, middle part title of the notification, name of the legal entity ie name and surname of the natural person - submitter of the notification, head office of the legal entity or address of the natural person - submitter of the notification, brief description of the submission of the notification and place of signature of the notifier.

Article 3

This Rulebook shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia.
