Steps of the procedure:
  1. Raising and submitting a request for categorization of catering facilities in the archive of the City of Skopje or in the Local Economic Development Department, Unit for craftsmanship, catering and trade, in shed no.6, office no.1. The categorization request for catering facilities is also available on the official portal of the City of Skopje (E-Services Forms). The submission of the categorization request is followed by the payment of an administrative fee in accordance with the Law on Administrative Fees (tariff number 1 and tariff number 2).
  2. A contact person and contact telephone number should be provided.
  3. The person responsible for preparing the categorization decision is Biljana Stojmanovska in the Local Economic Development Department.
  4. The submission of the categorization request is followed by the submission of an original certified form PP 50 in the amount of 250.00 denars, administrative fee for categorization under tariff number 2 and 50.00 denars, administrative fee for categorization under tariff number 1, with payment of special accounts, account 100000000063095, payment account 840 185 03182 and revenue code and program 722315 00.
  5. The categorization decision is set out in shed No. 6, Office No.1 in the Local Economic Development Department, Unit for craftsmanship, catering and trade, followed by the submission of an original certified form PP 50 in the amount of MKD 1500.00 for processing costs , account 100000000063095, payment account 840 185 03182 and revenue code and program 722315 00.
  6. The commission shall make decisions on the categorization performed within 15 days from the submission of the request.
  7. This decision can be appealed through the Mayor of the City of Skopje (Commission for categorization of catering facilities) to the Ministry of Economy within 15 days from the day of receipt.

  1. Request for Issuing a Decision on Categorization of Catering Facilities;
  2. Proof of ownership of the catering facility;
  3. All the necessary work permit decisions.
