Steps of the procedure:
- A request is submitted to the City of Skopje Archive (shed no.16) with the necessary documentation for the refund or diversion of wrongly paid taxes and fees. The request may be handwritten or a request form may be obtained from the responsible person. The filing of the claim for refund of the tax paid is followed by the payment of an administrative fee under the Law on Administrative Fees in the amount of 250.00 denars. enclosing an original certified form PP 50. The request for re-payment of funds has not been accompanied by the payment of an administrative fee;
- If the request is accepted, they are referred to the Treasury Department every Thursday of the week, from which a refund or redirect is made;
- If the request is rejected the party shall be informed in writing.
Required documents:
- Request for refund of tax paid / Request for refund of funds paid;
- Photocopy of the money order (original);
- Decision or subject;
- Photocopy of ID card;
- Photocopy of current / savings booklet (for tax refund claim);
- PP 50 on behalf - Administrative Fee for Accounts and Payments Account 840-185-03182, Revenue Code 722315 Program 00.
