General Affairs Department
Pursuant to Article 18 of the Decision on the Organization, Scope and Manner of Performing the Tasks of the Administration of the City of Skopje (“Official Gazette of the City of Skopje” No. 12/2005) General Affairs Department:
- performs human resources management tasks in the city administration;
- realization of public procurement;
- protocol, translation and expert-administrative work for the needs of the Council and the Mayor of the City of Skopje;
- provision of persons and business premises of the City of Skopje;
- maintenance of hygiene;
- maintenance and use of rolling stock and other ancillary works for the needs of the Council and the Mayor of the City of Skopje and the city administration;
- coordinates his work with the departments within the city administration and performs other tasks entrusted to him.
