Competencies
Pursuant to Article 17 of the Decision on the Organization, Scope and Manner of Performing the Tasks of the Administration of the City of Skopje (“Official Gazette of the City of Skopje” No. 12/2005) Department for Support of the Mayor:
- performs the work of organizing and preparing the meetings and meetings of the Mayor of the City of Skopje;
- informing the public and the media about the activities of the bodies of the City of Skopje, public enterprises and public institutions under the jurisdiction of the City of Skopje;
- receiving and responding to citizens' complaints and suggestions;
- conducting surveys and organizing public debates on specific issues within the competence of the City of Skopje;
- organization and placement of information on the web site of the City of Skopje;
- coordinates its work with other departments within the city administration;
- performs other duties entrusted to him.
