Auto taxi license

1. The carrier has to fulfill the conditions for obtaining a license for performing car taxi service according to the Law on Road Transport (Official Gazette No. 68/2004).
2. The Carrier submits an Application for a License for Car Taxi Carriage to the Mayor of the City of Skopje (the application is submitted through the City of Skopje Archives - shed 16).

2. BUILDING FISCAL TAXIMETAR (Certificate of Compliance and UJP Decision)
3. ID card (copy of the manager and taxi drivers)
4. PAYMENT OF 3,000.00 DENARS (ORIGINAL) FOR PAYMENT ADMINISTRATIVE TAX ON C-ACCOUNT 100000000063095, on payment account 840 - 185 - 03182 OF REVENUES AND PROGRAM 722315-00 OF ACCOUNT - BUDGET OF CITY SKOPJE, NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE TAX TAXES no.13
5. Proof of Certificate of Non-Judicial Judgment
6. EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION AGREEMENT М-1, М-2
7. A COPY OF TRAFFIC PERMIT OF TAXI CARS OWNED BY THE TRANSPORTER (of DOOEL and TP on company or lease name)
8. Confirmation of fulfillment of technical exploitation characteristics of the vehicle from the station commissioned TECHNICAL REVIEW (form no. 6)
9. LIST OF TAXI CARS AND DRIVERS (Form 1-2)
10. TWO SMALL PHOTOS FROM taxi driver
11. Proof of Applying for an Official Telephone Number for Obtaining a TAXI SERVICE, TAX TRANSPORT (if any)
12. ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT (if any)
13. PROOF OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE
14. PAID PUBLIC EXPENSES
